THE LORD IS GOOD

 I love Christmas time.  It's finally here.  Everyone had their Christmas lights on and their big blowup Santa's, it's just an easy way to find the nice people in the neighborhood.  These past couple weeks have flown by. This week was a ton of fun with a lot of good lessons.  We had a lesson with a part-member family and they loved us. The fiancé hasn't been baptized and he had so many good questions and all the answers were in the book of mormon.  The Book of Mormon has so much power. He's been coming to church for the past 3 weeks now and has loved it all. This week I was able to go back to one of my old areas for a little to help some missionaries get some more poeple to teach.  It was so much fun to see all the members and old friends again. We were able to find a couple people and we had a Bomb lesson with this lady who was wondering why baptists hated us so much. And then this weekend we had another baptism which is always so good. His name is Zach Wood and he is from a part-member family as well.  Then on Sunday we had a crazy experience.  We had an inactive member come to church for the first time in years and of course it was fast and testimony meeting. And you know he went up there and bore his testimony, it was actually really good and he didn't say anything too crazy. He kept standing up in sacrament meeting and raising his hand because he wanted to share his testimony. It was awesome! Then we got in Sunday school and someone offended him and he stormed out which was so sad.  Because he was doing so good and then one comment was taken the wrong way. But we tracked him down and he said he'd be there next week,  The Lord is so good. I've learned so much here.
